Delberry designs was established in June 2022 after many years of making items as gifts for friends and family. I had requests for items to be made so they could use them as gifts for others. This sparked the idea of opening my own business. Delberry designs was born.
My inspiration for creating beautiful items really comes from my love of nature,wildlife and flowers.
After becoming engaged in 2018 I decided to make my own wedding decorations and eco confetti. This allowed me to explore my creativity further and I thoroughly enjoyed making unique items. This then became the start of my occasion hire and consulting to make bespoke items for others.
After tying the knot in April 2022 it made sense to share these lovely items with others. I really enjoyed the planning process and seeing everything pull together into what was the best day of my life! And I wish to be able to help others achieve the look they desire for their special life events.
Our florist created the most wonderful flower arrangements, and this sparked a new passion for floristry. We became friends and I have since helped create many flower arrangements. My mentor really has given me the experience and tools to allow me to feel confident. She said I have the flair needed to create beautiful arrangements. This has given me the confidence to offer my bespoke dry flower items.
I aim to provide the best customer experience I can and feel I do this because I am passionate about what I do. I understand how important it is to make each person feel at ease and to assure them I will deliver. Afterall it’s the way people are made to feel that really does make things feel that bit more special. Life is about creating memories that last forever.
Care and attention is given to each customer to ensure the items I create meet your expectations. This includes having a complimentary consultation in person,over the phone or via zoom. After this a quote will be generated for you to confirm or edit your order. Once payment or deposit(hire items) has been made I will send your receipt. We will confirm collection/delivery dates too.
If your items arrive and you are not entirely satisfied, please contact me directly. I will do my best to resolve in an efficient manner. This may include the option to exchange items where possible. If you are dissatisfied with bespoke items I will alter or adjust. In some instances, a refund will be given at my discretion. Items will be posted using royal mail second class signed for, unless an alternative method/class is previously agreed. If an item arrives damaged in the post please send me a photograph within 5 days of receipt. I can then arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible. For bespoke items this may take a little longer if I have to re-order the stock items to make your gift.
All items will be professionally wrapped by hand. Personalised messages can be added as a note. Please specify when placing your order. This service is complimentary for all purchase items. This service is not available for hire items. All occasion hire items require a deposit and are location dependent.
